Return & Refund Policy

At Follivia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and fair return & refund process.

1) Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2) Eligibility for Returns

A return is accepted only if the product is:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and box

  • In resaleable condition with no signs of use

✅ Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened hair removal or grooming devices

  • Products with visible signs of use, scratches, stains, or damage

  • Items returned with missing parts/accessories

  • Products returned without original packaging

⚠️ If a product is used, it will not qualify for a refund.

4) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/video of the issue

  • Product and packaging images

✅ After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5) Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (as applicable)

6) Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item / defect / damage), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.

7) Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
